Dane County Small Business Award Winner

June 25, 2018  |   Matt Kemp

Like a high school quarterback hoisting that coveted state trophy over his head, we might have just peaked. This month, In Business Madison named The Digital Ring a Dane County Small Business Award winner — one of six companies in Dane County to be recognized for the award.

Tell Me More About This Award

Every year, In Business honors local companies that embody the best in Dane County small business, spotlighting organizations that have made positive contributions to the local economy and community. In Business evaluated each application on three main criteria:

  • Growth & success since inception
  • Employee benefits package
  • Company contributions to community and community impact

What Sets TDR Apart

In Business was kind enough to feature us in this year’s June issue. The article highlighted the things that make TDR unique, starting with the way we approach working with our clients:

“Our philosophy is built on us being a true extension of our clients. We want to improve their marketing, but more importantly, we want to improve their business as a whole.”

The feature also touched on a few TDR perks: a casual dress code, visits from a massage therapist, team-building exercises that, believe it or not, are actually a good time… (Oh, you didn’t hear? We do improv now.)

Community Involvement

To close, In Business hit on TDR’s community involvement — as a crew, we’re proud of the volunteer time we devote to a range of nonprofits and charities (UW Carbone Cancer Center’s Emerging Leadership Board, Susan G. Komen, Dane County Humane Society, and Make-A-Wish, to name a few).

“All three owners have always been very active and involved in nonprofits and business boards, and we wanted to make sure that people who work for The Digital Ring have just as much vested interest in giving back.”

We want to thank In Business for this honor. It’s so important to us to be recognized in this manner, especially by those in the community who have built such great companies themselves.
