BIO As The Digital Ring’s lead Content Strategist, Caitlin heads up our content marketing and copywriting efforts, creating website copy, blogs, case studies, and more that help our clients generate brand awareness, connect with prospective customers, and attract more qualified leads to their website. She also plays a key role in branding-related projects, helping clients identify and develop a unique brand voice and messaging themes. Caitlin’s favorite thing about TDR? The fact that no two days are the same. “Each day brings new projects and exciting challenges. It keeps you motivated and on your toes.” Also — the TDR crew. “I love my coworkers. It’s amazing to work with such talented, hardworking, and fun people.” Prior to TDR, Caitlin worked at the Lands’ End headquarters in Dodgeville; before that, she attended Denison University in Ohio. Born and raised in Wisconsin, she now lives in the UK and has been enjoying new overseas travel opportunities.
BIO As VP of Design, Belinda oversees The Digital Ring’s design department and projects. With over 18 years of corporate, agency, and freelance experience, Belinda’s a pro at creating a fresh and compelling visual brand identity for our clients. Whether she’s designing an updated website, a sleek new logo, or an eye-catching digital ad, Belinda works with a meticulous eye and a knack for beautifully translating client ideas. She enjoys working at TDR because there’s never a dull moment; she’s always challenging herself — learning and growing along with a crew of smart people dedicated to our clients’ success. When she’s not designing up a storm, Belinda spends her time with her family and pup, paddleboarding, kayaking, boating, and biking.
BIO As Director of Strategy & Development, Catherine is piloting TDR’s first expansion to Fort Wayne, Indiana; there, she runs point on the area’s business development efforts and manages Fort Wayne client relationships. Cath also works closely with our Accounts team on internal process improvement to keep TDR operating efficiently and on the cutting edge of marketing best practices. She’s been with TDR her entire career, starting off as an Account Coordinator and an Account Executive before being appointed to her current role. Her favorite thing about TDR? The mutual trust and respect that exists between every single team member. “There’s rarely a problem that we can’t solve as a team… when we put our heads together, marketing magic happens!” Outside of work, Cath enjoys playing tennis, painting, and cooking (anything vegan!).
BIO As VP of Operations, Jared keeps The Digital Ring running like a well-oiled machine. In his role, he tracks TDR’s growth, profitability, and budgeting, handles billing and invoicing, manages team workloads, streamlines internal processes, works to develop open communication channels, and contributes to our business development efforts. Jared’s favorite thing about TDR? The unique challenges he tackles every day — and the opportunity to continually grow as an individual and a team. “I love our small, agile team,” he says. “We’re in a great position to tackle large projects, but can still pivot very quickly if necessary.” Prior to joining TDR, Jared worked as a project manager at Epic, where he developed key PM skills. Before that, he attended UW-La Crosse, where he played basketball and graduated with a double major in Accounting and Finance (hence his love of spreadsheets and official designation as TDR’s “Excel guy”). In his free time, you can find Jared coaching basketball, golfing, reading, grilling, or spending the weekend at his cottage in Waupaca.
BIO As Senior Project Manager, Alex leads our Project Management team, keeping tabs on all client projects to ensure they’re delivered on time and on budget. She also heads up internal process improvements and onboarding initiatives, contributes to TDR’s social media and PR efforts, and manages quite a few client relationships. Alex loves that everyone at TDR is open to new ideas, challenges, and processes — and that they’re willing to go the extra mile for our clients and our crew. Alex has worked as a project manager for her entire career; prior to TDR, she was a project manager at Epic on a number of clinical applications, climbing the ranks from coordinator to manager to lead. A Michigan State University grad, Alex loves to travel and cook, and has even started her own food blog (check her out on Instagram: @madisonfoodiefinds).
BIO As VP of Accounts, Kathryn leads our Accounts team in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that help our clients achieve their broader business goals. Kathryn began her career in marketing in the non-profit sector before making the transition to agency life. She’s always worked on the account side, whether that be account planning, strategic consulting, or project management. Kathryn’s favorite thing about TDR? The people. “Everyone at TDR is constantly looking to grow, learn, and improve for our clients. And we find a way to do that while still having fun,” she says. A proud UW-Madison grad, Kathryn enjoys skiing, hiking, cooking, and baking in her free time.
BIO Josh Jurrens has been with TDR since July of 2017, but he still manages to impress the Crew with his extensive knowledge of all things paid digital on a daily basis. As VP of Paid Digital, Josh is responsible for managing paid search, display, and retargeting efforts for all TDR accounts, not to mention he’s a wiz in all things SEO. Beyond leveraging his skills and extensive experience to create real impact for TDR clients, Josh is a wonderful and patient teacher, whether he’s helping clients understand how best to improve SEO or keeping the TDR Crew up to date on the latest updates within the paid digital sphere. Before joining the TDR fam, Josh spent some time working with high-profile B2B and B2C clients at an agency out of Boston. A born and raised Wisconsinite and UW-Madison grad, Josh is happy to be back in the beer and cheese promised land (and to say we’re thrilled to have him is an understatement).
